What if the product is defective/misprinted?
All our products pass through quality checks before we dispatch them. In case of any defect just send us the image of the defective or misprinted product at support@bulletrose.com and we will replace the defective product.

Is paying online secure?
We use Razorpay Payment Gateway which is widely used and are one of the best Payment Gateways in India for online transactions.

How will I know if the product is shipped?
We send regular updates via email and SMS/WhatsApp regarding the product delivery.

Which courier companies do you use to ship orders?
We ship all your orders through Delhivery, FedEx and India Speed post.

How long does it take to deliver an order?
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving them. Delivery of the order depends on the location of the buyer. Since we ship from Tamil Nadu, it roughly takes 3 to 5 working days after the product is dispatched.

What if the package is lost in transit?
Order will be shipped in case the package is lost in transit.
