Exchange and Return Policy
We at BulletRose strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at support@bulletrose.com
If a defected or a misprinted product reaches you, we replace it at no additional charges. You just have to share the images to support@bulletrose.com.
Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be checked and we will issue credits or a discount coupon code for your BulletRose website account for the value of the products returned. A return handling charge of Rs. 50 per product will be applied, except in the case of a wrong or defective product sent.
Please do not send multiple emails for the same query as it will cause confusion while providing proper resolution. So kindly use one email thread for the queries.
Please give us upto 4-6 working hours to reply to your mail and provide proper resolution.
Items will have to be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery.
What if my pincode is not supported for Reverse Pickups?
We request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit your BulletRose account with credits worth Rs.100 or provide a discount coupon (which can be used once)in lieu of the shipping costs in case you received a wrong or defective product.
What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per BulletRose’s Exchange Policy?
We do not accept Returns or Exchanges for Boxer Shorts and Socks in the interest of hygiene. We also do not accept returns for Badges, Stickers and Pins.
Face Masks, Phone cases, Coffee Mugs, Coasters, Posters, Caps, and Fridge Magnets are Print-on-demand products. These are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.
